An exotically perfumed, fruity dry white with a grapy style reminiscent of Muscat and Gewürztraminer.

Sharpham DartValley Reserve, England 2004/5

Floral aromas and a freshly balanced palate, carefully vinified to be as enjoyable with food as it is on its own, try it and see what all the fuss is about.

Red Wine

Vista TR, Caves Alianca, Portugal, 2005

T.R. stands for Tinto Rosriz the same grape variety that is know as Tempranillo in Spain. Spicy and medium-bodied with a well-rounded palate, traditionally served with pork but it also lends itself to partner rich stews and pies.

Nemea Red, J. Boutari, Greece 2005

Made from the indigenous Agriorgitiko (St. George) grape, this soft, fresh fruited red has an attractive damson and cinnamon character.

Chateau Musar, G. Hochar, Lebanon, 2004

Collected by enthusiasts around the world, Ch.Musar ages for decades. It is a blend of Cinsault, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes with a character somewhere between that of an old Claret, a Rhone wine and very mature Burgundy. The spicy, complex array of flavours conjures up figs, dates, truffles, cedarwood and tobacco!
